I have practiced yoga for 24 years. In the past year or two, I've developed sciatica and other back issues. I've used many healing modalities but THIS is the one that ALWAYS works for me. . . . the slowness allows me to sink deep into the postures. Paul's instructions are concise and seem to always be on target for me, no matter how many times I listen to them. He has several sequences that you can mix and match as well as some flowing yang asanas where you can actually design your own sequence. He is a brilliant scholar and his work makes deep common sense to me. I cannot praise his extraordinary presentation enough!
