Rating : - Not what I expected at all
After reading all these wonderful reviews I was expecting something a little more professional in it's taping. As it was, the camera couldn't seem to hold still long enough to show exactly what some of the moves were. It was all over the place. I learned a few moves, but this video seemed more like an infomercial or testimony rather than an instruction video. Too much talking and not enough instruction. Over all, they teach 3 hip roles, but claim to teach 4. The fourth one is the same as the first one, just on your knees instead of standing.
I wouldn't have bought the video had I been able to see a preview of it first.
