This is a real instructional video, and for real women. I love it. This has been a great series. Using the chair and slow movements, it is much easier to start with. Even with my neck injury causing me to skip some moves, there are plenty of others to fill in with. So it is nice if you have health issues, check with your doctor and work around them. Good exercise and stretching to boot.
