I have degenerative disc disease as well as severe osteoarthritis. Exercising had become too painful and even walking was very difficult. The angle of the pedals and the supportive seat are exactly what I needed. Now I can get a good cardiovascular workout as well as toning my lower body and abs. I am able to use light free weights while riding for a complete workout. I also read while riding and the time goes by very quickly! I highly recommend this peice of exercise equipment!
