I absolutely love this item. It works great for those of us who need gentle alignment without going to the chiropractor every day. I have no time and/or money to be constantly going to the chiropractor. Now I don't have to worry about it! This device is perfect for keeping you feeling good between maintenance check-ups with your chiropractor. I've recommended it to all my friends. I have noticed though that my shorter friends (5'3" and smaller) don't seem to get as much relief from their back pain as the rest- but they still love it for what it does.
